Dorothy J. Thompson, 92, of Cheyenne, passed away December 23rd at Davis Hospice Center. She was born October 21, 1929, in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Richard and Ada (Whittle) Terman.
Dorothy grew up in Cheyenne and graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1947. Soon after, she married her first husband David F. Stalker, Jr. and they had three children. They divorced and she married James A. “Whitey” White who passed away shortly thereafter. She then married Beriah M. “Bill” Thompson.
Dorothy was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was a blue star point. She was involved in the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, the “Pink Ladies,” for many years, but her one passion in life was her family.
Dorothy is survived by her sons, Randall (Sarah) Stalker of Glenrock, Wyoming and Daniel (Barbara) Stalker of Sheridan, Wyoming, daughter Charmaine Stalker of Loveland, Colorado, brother David Terman, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands David F. Stalker, Jr., James A. “Whitey” White and Beriah M. Thompson.
Cremation has taken place. No services will be scheduled at this time.
