Debra Louise Walter

Debra Louise Walter, 67, passed away on February 1, 2022. She was born on November 4, 1954 in Great Falls, MT to Charles and Judith Grant White. Debra was the oldest of four siblings. She loved to cook, bake, crotchet, sew and knit. She loved her true crime shows and decorating shows. She was happiest when she was surrounded by the family at holidays and family events.
She graduated from Laramie High in 1973. She married Michael Walter on March 31, 1973. They were married until his death on September 8, 2001.
Debra is survived by her sister Becky (David) Schott of Cheyenne; children Karin Billingsley of Taylorsville, UT and Jordan (Mark) Walter of Cheyenne; grandson Michael Wingert of Casper; granddaughters Hannah Wingert and Kristina Billingsley of Cheyenne; great grandson Cordell; brother-in-law Mark (Diane) Walter of Cheyenne; sister-in-law Naomi Nottage of Laramie; nieces Emily, Amanda, Shelby, Suzie, Kellie; nephews JD, David, Daniel, and Anthony; and numerous friends who loved her shining spirit.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Terry White and sister Cindy Johnston.
