Daniel San Miguel was born July 17th 1963 in Kingsville TX, to Arnulfo and Teresa San Miguel. The oldest of four children, Daniel grew up in Texas spending time in both Kingsville and Denton. He met and Married Debra Robinson Skeen in the early 80’s, she had two children (Tiffany and Tony) previously who came to call him dad. They moved to Casper shortly after and later divorced.
Daniel had a brief relationship with Brenda Morris and was blessed with a daughter Danielle Morris on March 4th 1986. They were estranged shortly after she turned a year old, but happily reunited two years ago.
He met Patricia Layland in 1997, and they married on May 4th 1999 in Evanston Wyoming. They had two children Rebecca and Enrique San Miguel.
Daniel joined the Army National Guard October 17, 1989 and became a civilian Technician shortly after. His first deployment was six months in length starting in January 2003, five days after the birth of his son Enrique. He also served a year long deployment to Kuwait in April of 2009. Throughout his career he served in many units throughout the state and made many amazing friends along the way. He retired from the military December 31st 2015. He will be remembered for his humorous quick wit and a laugh everyone will remember and miss.
He was proceeded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Patricia San Miguel, his siblings Nelda San Miguel Guajardo, Samuel San Miguel, and Leonel San Miguel. His children Enrique San Miguel, Rebecca San Miguel, Danielle Morris, Tony Lunde, and Tiffany Loveridge. His Grandchildren Tyler and Samantha Loveridge. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
