Constance Hope Homan-Snyder

December 25, 1946 — April 11, 2017

Constance Hope Homan-Snyder 70, of Cheyenne was promoted to heavenly glory on April 11, due to cancer and answering the Lord's call to come home.

Born Dec. 25, 1946 in Cheyenne, WY to Bob Homan and Nona Weber. Connie worked and retired from the Cheyenne Memorial Hospital, as a Phlebotomist. She enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, flowers, animals, and being with the love of her life, her father.. Connie was a member of the American Legion since 1996.

She is survived by her son Bob Snyder, sister Cathrine Homan-Rupple, brother TC Farro all of Cheyenne, brother Tony Farro of Colorado, three granddaughters, two grandsons, and five great-grandchildren.

Connie was preceded in death by her dad Bob Homan, and daughter Sherri Montez. A Life Commemoraion Service wil lbe held on Tuesday, April 25, 217 at 10AM at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. A Celebration of life will be held at Lions Park at 1pm later that day.
