Concepcion S. Ebell, 92, of Cheyenne died Feb. 24 at Davis Hospice Center.
She was born Dec. 6, 1923, in Chilchata, Mexico, a daughter of Tranquilinio Cerna and Delores Cerna Silva.
As a young adult, she came to the United States to live with an aunt and uncle that resided in Torrington. She was married to Balente Vasquez on Feb. 5, 1968, in Torrington. Mr. Vasquez later passed away.
She moved to Cheyenne in 1994. She met Leandro Ebell in Cheyenne and they were married on March 2, 2005. Mr. Ebell passed away January 5, 2008.
She is survived by five nieces and five nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Balente; and her second husband, Leandro; parents; and a sister, Carmen Cerna Silva.
Vigil services will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel. Funeral liturgy will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Olivet Cemetery.
