Cleo Rose Roberts, 78, of Cheyenne, died on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
She was born on December 28, 1936 in Burwell, Nebraska and had lived here for over 60 years.
Cleo worked as a waitress at the Luxury Diner, a clerk at Gibsons, and retired as a claims collator for Blue Cross/Blue Shield in 1992. She loved her family, camping, fishing, and traveling.
She is survived by two daughters, Debbie Porter and Betty Moore (Marvin), both of Cheyenne; a son, William Roberts, Jr. (Kelly) of Cheyenne; a sister, Delores Butler (Max) of Cheyenne; four grandchildren, Jamie Farley (Dave), Elizabeth Poynor (Nick), and Billy and Tyler Roberts; and five great-grandchildre.
Cleo was preceded in death by her husband, William Roberts, Sr.; twin sister, Cleora Hancock; her father, Joseph Robbins; her mother and stepfather, Gladys and Ralph Price; and a son-in-law, Ron Porter.
Private family interment will take place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens and a celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
