Charles Phillip “Charley” Svec, 48, of Cheyenne, died on Monday, December 10, 2018 in Cheyenne.
Charley was born on April 29, 1970 in Cheyenne and had lived here all his life. His employment in Cheyenne included the Cheyenne Animal Shelter, Holmes A-1 Rental, WAFB Maintenance and the City of Cheyenne. Charley enjoyed the outdoors, and most of all, his dogs. Charley never met a dog he didn’t like.
Charley is survived by his mother, Patricia “Pat” Svec of Cheyenne; his siblings, Traci Strong (Dennis), Joe Svec (Carri), and Kelly Eberle (Harry), all of Cheyenne: nieces and nephews, Stephen Garcia, Ty Svec, Crystal Stewart, Joe Stewart, Kerry Nation, Jacob Strong, Zachary Strong, and Eden and Emry Nation; and all his aunts and uncles in California.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. “Charlie” Svec; and his grandparents, Helen E. Svec, and Phillip and Mary Carr.
A celebration of Charley’s life will be announced at a later date.
