Charles V. Lambert passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the age of 86. He was at the VA Hospital in Cheyenne, surrounded by family.
He was born November 25, 1932 in Wheatland, WY to George Franklin Lambert Sr. and, Margaret Elnor (Lile) Lambert. He was one of fourteen children. He married Ethel Mae Maston on July 3, 1963.
He is survived by his wife Ethel Mae Lambert, two brothers Paul and Raymond Lambert, two sisters Lois Faye Little and Belle Hanson, three stepdaughters LaDeane Fawn Shepard, Carol Jean Day, and Elona Marie Bruner, fourteen grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents George and Margaret Lambert; five brothers Leo, David, Pete, George, Jr., and Joseph; four sisters Pauline Marie, Deloris Fae, Venita Joleane, Minerva Jane; and one stepson Thomas Neilson Lambert, Jr.
There will be a small family memorial held this week.
