Carolyn Marie Biedermann was taken up by the Lord on September 20, 2019 after a brief illness. Carolyn was born October 9, 1920 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Frederick Joachim Soll and Frieda Blondina (Huber), and was the oldest in a family of five children. She was preceded in death by her sisters Dorothy and Ester, and a brother, Frederick. The youngest child, Carl, survives and resides in Naples, Florida.
Carolyn grew up and attended schools in Ann Arbor, and married Kenneth Charles Biedermann on August 29, 1941. Kenneth preceded her in death in 1986. Together they lived in several states, and had four children, all surviving: David Carl in Portland Oregon, Edward John in Shakopee Minnesota, Donald James, formerly of Cheyenne and now in Fort Collins, Colorado, and Lyn Carol of Reno, Nevada. Carolyn devoted her life to raising the children and was a supportive and loving wife to Kenneth. Carolyn was an avid reader, excelled in cooking, needlework, knitting and the arts of housekeeping, and spent the last 12 years of her life in Cheyenne.
Her children are all honored and blessed to have had Carolyn as a mother, and a private celebration of her life will be held at a future date. We request any memorials be donated to Calvary Chapel of Cheyenne.
