Carol June Wallace, 80, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away on May 10, 2019 in Cheyenne.
Carol June Graham was born March 13, 1939 in Kankakee, Illinois to Marvin and Mary Graham.
Carol met James Wallace and eventually married in Cheyenne on October 3, 1956. Carol and
James welcomed three sons. While raising her three children she enjoyed a career as a
Federal Meat Inspector for the USDA. Carol was also a proud survivor of Breast Cancer. Carol
was involved in numerous activities and organizations in and around Cheyenne to include
Questers, Cowgirls of the West, among others. Carol’s hobbies included a love for bowling,
antique collecting, frequenting flea markets, and time with family, especially her grandchildren,
and great grandchildren. Carol is survived by her brother Tom (Brandy) Graham, sons, Michael
J. (Pam) Wallace and Glenn Robert Wallace. Her grandchildren Kristi (Andrew), Kerri (Dan),
James (Lexie), and five great grandchildren, Nik, Katya, Cameron, Kennedy and Carter. She
was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James.
Services will be held at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes in Cheyenne on
Tuesday May 21, 2019 at 10:00 AM. A reception will be held at The Gathering Place across the
street from the Chapel of the Chimes directly after the services. In lieu of flowers memorials in
Carol’s name can be made to the Wyoming Children's Society or Susan B. Komen Foundation.
