Brent Andrew McInelly, 35, of Cheyenne, Wyoming went to be with the Lord surrounded by his loved ones on October 18, 2021 after a month of putting up a valiant fight against Covid.
He was born on Guam Naval Air Station the son of Kerry and Lisa McInelly, on February 4, 1986 and was the oldest of two children. Brent married the love of his life Krystle McInelly on October 7, 2017. He became a father to a beautiful little girl, Alyson Gray McInelly on January 24, 2020. Brent and Krystle McInelly are currently expecting their second child who is due April 2022. Brent loved his daughter, Munch Munch, more than anything and was excited to become a father of two.
Brent graduated from Douglas High School in Rapid City, SD in 2004. Following graduation his dream of joining the Marines was cut short due to medical issues. He eventually settled in a position working as a Board of Public Utilities employee for the City of Cheyenne. Throughout Brent’s life he volunteered with children at the Boys and Girls Club and often would help out coaching children in hockey. He also volunteered in the children’s room at Element Church.
He is survived by his wife; Krystle McInelly of Cheyenne Wyoming, daughter; Alyson Gray McInelly of Cheyenne and their unborn child, his mother and father; Kerry and Lisa McInelly of Cheyenne Wyoming, Sister and her husband; Ashley and Frederick Beardsley of Kunkletown Pennsylvania; his grandparents; Charles and Ann Worley of Cheyenne Wyoming, his grandmother; Carolyn McInelly of Olivehurst California and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is proceeded in death by his grandfather Forney J. McInelly of Olivehurst California.
The funeral service will be held on October 29, 2021 at 5:00pm at Wiederspahn’s Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes located at 1900 E 19th Street, Cheyenne Wyoming 82001. Following the funeral service immediately after will be a reception located across the street at The Gathering Place.
