Bonnie D. Garin, 44, of Cheyenne, died Saturday, February 27, 2016 at her home.
She was born October 29, 1971 in Lafayette, Indiana, a daughter of Lauren “Pete” and Elsie June (Swartz) Cudworth. She moved as a young child to Cheyenne from Riverton where she graduated from East high school before attending the University of Wyoming where she received her Bachelor’s Degree and later her Master’s Degree. She was a math teacher for the Cheyenne School District.
She was married to Ken Garin on December 27, 1995 in Cheyenne.
Bonnie was a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority, and a local cribbage club. She enjoyed crocheting, and was very involved in her children’s lives and sports activities. She played clarinet and enjoyed life and all it had to offer.
Survivors include her husband, Ken; father, Pete Cudworth of Lafayette, Indiana; a son, Briar Garin; two daughters, Shannen and Katelynn Garin, all of Cheyenne; a sister, Lori Geisler of Cheyenne; and four brothers, James, Gene and Terry Anderson; and Jeff Cudworth.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Carey Junior High Auditorium.
