Beverly (Jeannie) Jean Kincaid, 71, of Cheyenne, died Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at her home.
She was born March 13, 1945 in Beach, North Dakota, a daughter to John and Geneva
(Owens) Howard. Jeannie attended schools in Cheyenne, graduating from Central high school.
Jeannie was employed with WyDot in their Driver Services division and eventually retired from WyDot.
Survivors include her brother, Donald (Karen) Howard, of Cheyenne; step-daughter, Sarah (Rocky) Meyer of Cheyenne; a step-grandchild, Kagen Meyer of Cheyenne; niece, Lisa (Jimmy)Severs of Cheyenne; nephews, John, Rodney and Troy Howard, all of Cheyenne; and her beloved Dachshund, Heidi.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Iris Howard.
A Life Commemoration Service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017, at 3:00 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
