Barbara L. Reynolds, 65, passed peacefully in Davis Hospice Center on December 16th. Barbara was born in Albany, NY but she spent many years in California. There, she had two children, Sarah and Vince, and spent many happy years with their father Sam.
Barbara had a very special relationship with her children. They were her everything and to say she was their everything would be an understatement. She always went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of and to make sure everyone around her was happy. That was her favorite thing; making others happy! She has always been an angel, but now she has her wings.
She worked at Wal-Mart for 15 years where she played many different roles. She loved her job because she loved being able to shop everyday and make people smile! From her co-workers to the customers, she touched everyone with her smile and her kindness.
She absolutely loved going on vacations with her daughter to Las Vegas and to California to visit family. Las Vegas was her favorite place on earth because everyone is happy, it’s beautiful and, of course, slot machines!
Barbara is survived by many. To include her children, Sarah Maria and Vince Maria, her siblings Laurie Flores, Chris Curtis and Rose McArthy, her children’s father and best friend Sam Maria, her nephews Anthony and Bobby Flores, her best friend Sherri Lauridsen and a multitude of other family and friends.
Barbara is preceded in death by her mother, Arlene Sanney and her father Robert Reynolds.
Barbara would not want sadness from her passing, rather, be happy for the times you had with her and be happy she is now with her mama.
