Barbara Jean McJunkin, 65, of Cheyenne, died on Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Ft. Collins, Colorado.
She was born on November 6, 1949 in Honolulu, Hawaii and had lived in Cheyenne for over 35 years.
Barbara loved her animals, going to the movies, camping, ceramics, and sewing.
She is survived by two sisters, Lee McJunkin (Kristy Volesky) of Ft. Collins, and Rosie Simo of Las Vegas, Nevada; her fiance, Steve Chavez; and three nephews, Brody Volesky (her pride and joy), and Steven and Joseph Azar.
Barbara was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Chuck McJunkin; her parents, Charles McJunkin and Carmen Songer; and her stepfather, Bill Songer.
Timeless Memories services will be Friday, 2:00 p.m., at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery.
A reception will follow at AMVETS.
