Aurora Costuna Pulse, 82, of Cheyenne, passed away on April 18, 2020, at home with all four kids and family by her side.
Aurora was born February 24, 1938 in Manila, Philippines. She was the third daughter of eleven children of the late Gertrudes Abergas Costuna and Valentin Obina Costuna of Taboc Borongan, Samar, Philippines.
Aurora graduated at University of the East and Gregg Business College at Manila, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She worked at Malacanang Palace, Manila as secretary/receptionist for five years, at Central Textile Mills for 25 years, at the old Cheyenne Hospital as a Certified Nurse Assistant while at the same time working at Country Buffet at the register, as a trainer, and as a greeter from 1994 until retiring in 2013.
She was a member of Saint Mary’s Cathedral Catholic Church and she enjoyed letter writing, travelling to different parts of the United States and collected different collectible spoons. She also loved to swim on a regular basis to serve for her personal training therapy. Aurora was a single, hard working mother who dedicated and devoted her life to provide for her growing four kids until they became successful professionals.
Aurora is survived by her four loving children – Rodelio Villegas (Carina Felix Villegas), Auronita Villegas Radican (Michael Radican), Aurominda Villegas Brockman (Charlie Brockman), and Rodentor Villegas (Salva Fermi Villegas); seven grandchildren, Ronne, Luke (Daughter Mia Kaylani), Aura Adora (Sons Easton and Levi), Lynda Rae, Aurell, Zcherina, and Ganesa; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be Wednesday, 2:00 p.m.
Burial will follow at Beth El Cemetery.
