Anne McCoy, 79, of Cheyenne, died Friday, March 27, 2015 at Cheyenne Health Care.
She was born March 18, 1936 in Atchison, Kansas, a daughter of DeLaskie and Mary F. (Fox) Miller. Anne moved as an infant with her parents to Lander, Wyoming. She lived in various locations before settling in Cheyenne in 1968.
Anne married Theodore McCoy on August 9, 1959 in Dodge City, Kansas.
Anne was a lifelong Episcopalian, she was a member of St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church. She was a member of P.E.O., Kappa Alpha Theta, active in Art in the Park, drove for Meals on Wheels for many years and was enjoyed physical activities including, lap swimming, walking, biking and yoga. She also was the Airport golf champion.
She is survived by her husband, Theodore McCoy of Cheyenne; a son, Miller McCoy of Cheyenne; and a brother and sister in law.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Theodore Neal McCoy II; and a stepbrother, Dick Milton.
Graveside services and interment will be Tuesday, March 31st at 10:00 a.m. at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
