Annabel F. Adels

Annabel F. Adels, 96, of Pine Bluffs, passed away March 18th at Cheyenne Region Medical Center. She was born on April 12, 1922 in Omaha, Nebraska and adopted by Robert P. Garrard and Annabel Garrard from Kimball, Ne. She attended Kimball school.
She married Albert G. (Sy) Adels on October 14, 1939. They lived in Kimball until March,1950 and then moved to Pine Bluffs and raised their 7 children.

Annabel will always be remembered for her beautiful smile. She loved everyone she knew. She had many interests and hobbies, which include painting, ceramics and bowling, although sewing was her passion. She was a very accomplished seamstress. She loved horses and cats and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Grace English Lutheran Church Ladies Aid. She will dearly be missed by all who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert P. Garrard Sr. and Annabel Garrard; brother, Robert H. Garrard Jr.; husband, Albert Adels; sons, Richard and Ronald Adels; and daughter, Carolyn Marie Adels.

She is survived by her children, Raymond Adels, Patricia Ring, Bruce Adels and Douglas Adels; 12 grandchildren; and numerous great and great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, 2:00 p.m., at the Grace English Lutheran Church. Interment to follow in the Pine Bluffs Cemetery.
