Adolfo G. Naranjo, 73, of Cheyenne, died Saturday, May 26, 2018 at his home.
He was born March 29, 1945 in Trujillo, New Mexico, a son to Leopoldo and Juanita (Trujillo) Naranjo.
Mr. Naranjo married Cidelia Pacheco on March 10, 1964 in Las Vegas, New Mexico and they eventually made their home in Cheyenne. Adolfo’s career as a Journeyman Glazier culminated as Co-owner of Grandview Window and Door.
Adolfo was member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing and camping.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Cidelia of Cheyenne; children, James (Rosanne) Naranjo of Colorado Springs, CO; Louie (Angela Aragon) Naranjo of Cheyenne; Marlene (P.J.) Macleary of Cheyenne; Cyndi (Greg) Stephens of Cheyenne; seven grandchildren, Kinley and Devon Naranjo; Landon and Lyndsey Naranjo; Damon and Dawson Macleary; Kamran Brewer; three brothers and four sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers and three sisters.
Vigil for the deceased will be Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Funeral Liturgy will be Friday, June 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church. Interment will follow at Olivet Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Davis Hospice or to Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
