Kathryn Emma Scott Landy, age 102, of Cheyenne, WY, died Dec. 10, 2017 in Ft. Collins, CO.
Born July 4, 1915 in Sidney, Iowa, Mrs. Landy moved to Wyoming in 1944 where she taught elementary school for 45 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia K. Landy of Ft. Collins, CO and Nancy R. Henschel of Laramie, WY; 6 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Landy; and her son Raymond Scott Landy.
Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens under the direction of Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel.
Mrs. Landy has requested no funeral services. Anyone interested in making a donation in her honor may contribute to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter or a rescue of their choosing.
